POWER OF RITUALS

Palo Santo (“holy stick”) is a wild tree native from the Yucatán Peninsula to Peru and Venezuela. For thousands of years, the wood, resin, and oil have been used for medicinal purposes. It’s mainly used to treat pain (arthritis, headache, throat pain) and stress. Traditionally, Palo Santo is widely used to repel mosquitos. It’s also said to deter ants, termites, and flies.

Smell: sweet and woodsy.


How to use: Gently unwind the string, set fire to one end of the stick, wait about 30 seconds. Put out the flame and let the smudge smolder. Enjoy the natural scent!
