POWER OF RITUALS

Blue sage is a member of the Mint family (Lamiaceae). Salvia is a name that means “healer,” referring to this ancient name for a sage with medicinal properties. The most-used sage types have antimicrobial properties. Its soothing, relaxing smell can be used to aid meditation, or burned simply for enjoyment.

Length: 11 cm

Smell: herbaceous and floral (similar to lavender).


How to use: Gently unwind the string, set fire to one end of the smudge, wait about 30 seconds. Put out the flame and let the smudge smolder. Enjoy the natural scent!


Suggested intention: Wisdom, long life, spiritual knowledge, awareness.
